I've spent my career selling into enterprise accounts and building and leading sales teams across different startups and scaleups — each with its own challenges, growth stages, and sales motions.

Through those experiences, I've learned that successful sales growth isn't about copying playbooks — it's about creating predictable systems that fit your specific stage, resources, and market and can grow in complexity as your startup evolves.

Most startups get both timing and executing wrong — they either implement a rigid structure too early or an unscalable structure too late. I help find the middle ground: identifying the biggest bottlenecks, doubling down on what drives results, and building a foundation that scales naturally as the business grows.
